UPLOADING FILES

Information About Your File

Please include the following:

1.) How many speakers?

2.) How long is the audio, or how many pages is the document, whichever applies for the service you would like?

3.) What is the audio quality? Please indicate how clear the audio is, to the best of your knowledge.

4.) Please include any name lists or pertinent information you may have to help clarify the transcript. Of course, we do impeccable research to find and spell correctly all proper names, but it helps to save time if you include as much corroborating information as possible. This ensures a more accurate transcript and more timely delivery.

5.) Please include any other information you feel will help with the document, such as historical context or something else we may need to know about.

6.) Please indicate your TAT (turnaround time).

7. ) If you would like to use a template of your own, please include that template when you send us the audio files. If you have desired formatting in mind, please include the details of the formatting you would like us to use.
