When to Pay

** 50 percent of the total estimate of the project (for a single file or multiple files) is due at the beginning of the job, before we begin, and the remaining 50 percent of the payment is due within 7 days after we have sent you the completed, final document.

You will receive an estimate for the entire job within 24 hours of receipt of the files. If you have a rush file, once we see that you have indicated the file as such in the email, we’ll begin working on it right away.

For all files, the beginning of the turnaround time starts when we have received the files and had a chance to look them over, so the day the files were received.

We can bill more established clients every two weeks for any work completed during those two weeks.

How to Pay via Squarespace

Truth In Transcription accepts payment via Squarespace. We will send an invoice for 50 percent of the job with your estimate. Squarespace offers many different payment methods for you to choose from.

Upon completion of the job, we will send an invoice for the remaining 50 percent. We appreciate payment within 7 days.
